Youth and young adults are experiencing increasing societal pressures across all areas of life. With the rise in mental health challenges, the need for accessible and effective support has grown significantly. Allcoast Comprehensive Therapies and Coaching (ACT-C) was founded by a licensed clinician dedicated to helping individuals navigate emotional struggles and their impact on daily functioning, performance, social interactions, and self-image.

Using a structured, goal-oriented Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach, ACT-C focuses on improving focus, building confidence, and managing stress. Our mission is to equip individuals with the tools they need to achieve personal success while maintaining a healthy, resilient mindset.

Mental Health and Mental Coaching for Athletes                 

ACT-C is composed of Mental Health Clinicians and Professional Mental Coaches who bring their knowledge, experience, and specialized training to support individuals striving to overcome obstacles and perform at their highest potential. Our licensed clinicians have over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, with expertise in anxiety, stress management, life transitions, coping skills, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Our team of Mental Coaches works directly with ACT-C athletes, providing Healthy Mindset High-Performance Coaching. As individuals who have personally navigated both the rewards and challenges of high-level competitive sports, they offer insight, guidance, and strategies grounded in real experience.
